In my experience automotive shops can be a little "rough' around customer service/experience. At Wil Johns, I've had nothing but excellent interactions with Bobby, Frank and Sally. I recommend often and will continue to do so.
RecommendedHave used them for years with all different tires of vehicles and the service has always been terrific, even when I show up unannounced with an emergency like this weekend, with a screw in a tire. I'm always in and out in a reasonable time and I never feel like I've paid too much.

RecommendedI would like to thank Vin for all his help, I have a 2004 Honda Element that went in for a wheel alignment, and they found a couple other problems which COMPLETELY fixed the way my car drives and now my rear tires are no longer angles in which was wearing out my breaks and tires. These guys are amazing and would recommend to anyone. They fast and extremely friendly!!! MY CAR IS NOW READY FOR THESE STATEN ISLAND ROADS...
