First visit to this practice after switching from another local provider. One of my primary reasons for switching from the former practice was a perception that they kept trying to "upsell" me on products and services, which left me feeling uneasy. I switched over to Wiklund Family Dental after one of my neighbors had highly recommended them. I'd actually been thinking about finding a new dental practice as the one I'd been going to the past year left me cold. (I'm relatively new to the Plymouth area.) Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Wicklund has a nice way about him, and is excellent in explaining what your procedure will entail.
Dr. Wiklund is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The office staff are likewise efficient and easy to deal with.
Everything went well. Personnel were wonderful from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Wiklund. Great experience
