This practice has mastered Customer Service as well as Dentistry in a very high level. Visits, calls, appointments are all met with the utmost professionalism and friendliness.
Dr. Wicklund and his entire staff are totally immersed in making you feel cared for in every way. Plus, they genuinely enjoy and celebrate life, which cannot help but lift you up with them. Dr. Wicklund also takes the time to explain exactly what's going on at every step. Best decision I made 11 years ago when we moved to Plymouth.

Everyone was professional, inviting, informative and friendly...my bad for not remembering the receptionists name but she was great as were Niki and Dr Wiklund. After seeing many positive comments on social media I was actually referred by a friend to Dr Wiklund. I was very impressed after my 1st visit. Looking forward to a long and healthy relationship with the office and staff.
