Staff is very friendly. Doctors are great. Wonderful atmosphere clean and nice.
I brought my glasses in for an adjustment and the technician broke them during the adjustment. She offered to glue them (???) and I said no I want them replaced since I was afraid the glue wouldn't hold and it would make them worse. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to cover the cost. Started spouting policy (none of this was explained to me when I brought them in for the adjustment) that they were past warranty (by only 4 months - she acted like it was years) and they were cheap, poor quality glasses, etc (I guess ... read more
I was so impressed with the service. Everyone is very polite and nice to deal with. I wished I would have switch a long time ago. Definitely going to stick with them.
