I brought my glasses in for an adjustment and the technician broke them during the adjustment. She offered to glue them (???) and I said no I want them replaced since I was afraid the glue wouldn't hold and it would make them worse. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to cover the cost. I was so impressed with the service. Everyone is very polite and nice to deal with. I wished I would have switch a long time ago. Definitely going to stick with them.
My eye appointment was surprisingly fun—who knew getting your vision checked could feel like a social event? From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like royalty, complete with a few laughs about my ability to read the tiniest letters on the chart (spoiler: not great).
