The most awesome customer service I have ever experienced. I am racing this weekend because of the effort and dedication of Wig’s. My shipped bicycle for this weekend’s worlds qualifier arrived with a broken frame. Long story short, Wigs had me sorted for the race in a matter of hours. Before today I was a complete stranger from out of town yet I was treated like a long time friend. So impressed.

We came to town to explore the dirt roads in the Talladega National Forest. Mid trip we got a nasty sidewall cut that wouldn't seal. Stopped into Wigs around close to get some tubes. He and another local rider greeted us with a warm welcome and some friendly conversation. We left with the tubes, a handful of repair materials and boosted spirits. Thanks Wigs!
