Straight forward. Honest. Far better pricing than their competition. Will be my go-to from now on.
Alec was super helpful. Disassembled, cleaned, and tested my pump for free since I bought a motor for it. He even let me watch. Gave me good advice on a pump sleeve to keep it from overheating, even gave me a spare piece of scrap pipe they were throwing out.

Long term customer service below my standard. They do not stock 1 single part for a very current $4000 DAB pump purchased there. A WEEK to receive any part associated with this whole unit the stick and sell. They just suggest buying the whole unit again. They do carry quality products so I'd expect quality customer service.At minimum I would expect Wigs to stand behind what they sell and have on hand a dozen of the most commonly replaced parts so their customers do not have to wait a week for water.
