Alec was super helpful. Disassembled, cleaned, and tested my pump for free since I bought a motor for it. He even let me watch. Gave me good advice on a pump sleeve to keep it from overheating, even gave me a spare piece of scrap pipe they were throwing out.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Tyler Blues for professionally handling customer service today. Tyler made an effort to make sure my concern was understood and came up with the proper solution to meet my needs! I highly recommend Tyler's customer service. Thanks.
Long term customer service below my standard. They do not stock 1 single part for a very current $4000 DAB pump purchased there. A WEEK to receive any part associated with this whole unit the stick and sell. They just suggest buying the whole unit again. They do carry quality products so I'd expect quality customer service.At minimum I would expect Wigs to stand behind what they sell and have on hand a dozen of the most commonly replaced parts so their customers do not have to wait a week for water. They claim they pride themselves with customer service, yet when you try call them noone will ever answer the phone. Do better... Reply to owners response: Tried calling after you replied and guess what, no answer......
I’d like to give a shout out to Pat in inside sales for a wonderful customer experience. I called to describe a problem that apparently involved a wigs pump and a competitors pressure tank. After problem-solving with Pat for at least 20 minutes, he figured out the problem and recommended a solution. He is very knowledgable and patient and walked me through each of these tests until we finally resolved the problem. Thanks, Pat. Much appreciated.
