Very rude and unwelcoming. He handled my arm roughly during the blood test and showed poor manners. Test results were only sent after a month and only after I followed up.
I do not trust Dr. Grant’s consultations. My sick mother was clearly aspirating, yet he insisted everything was fine. When I called an ambulance, they took her straight to hospital because of his poor judgment. He left without explaining her condition to the paramedics. His lack of action and disregard for patient safety is unacceptable. He should not be caring for our elderly.
