We visited Mitchell on July 1st to have a ring appraised and were told that it would only take a couple weeks. It is November 24th and we have not heard anything back. We have left several messages and have received no response. We either need the delivered appraisal or a refund.

Five Stars!!! Mitch is professional, kind and courteous when conducting business. I went in to have my Fiancées engagement ring appraised for insurance purposes. The report you receive is elaborate and detailed. If you are living/visiting the Columbus area. Give Mitch a call and book an appointment for an appraisal on your fine jewelry. I also found out he does high end watches as well! Make sure to bring your boxes and papers. For all my watch enthusiasts out there. Thank you again Mitch!

I paid Mitch to appraise some jewelry I inherited for my insurance. I had my appointment and paid him on August 23rd. He said he needed a few days to look into some details of one of the pieces, but he would send me the information soon. When I had not heard from him three weeks later, I called and left a message. I visited on 05/27 and one month later today the day, my issue was finally resolved. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze (If you can get someone to pick up your call), as with me, you should expect a call back as this is a "1" Man operation from the look of things. I had 3 pieces (Diamond?Gold rings) that I needed to get an approximate value on. I had a great experience working with Mitch! He was able to squeeze my appointment in the day I called to schedule it and he showed me several features of my diamond under a microscope that I never would have known about.
