On 12/19, we had an appointment for appraisal on 3 items, $75 each, totaling $225. We have yet to receive our appraisal. He claimed to have forgot his laptop that day, so had handwritten details about each item that he kept to document in his system later. He assured us that he would send it over by email that night. We visited Mitchell on July 1st to have a ring appraised and were told that it would only take a couple weeks. It is November 24th and we have not heard anything back. We have left several messages and have received no response. We either need the delivered appraisal or a refund.

Five Stars!!! Mitch is professional, kind and courteous when conducting business. I went in to have my Fiancées engagement ring appraised for insurance purposes. The report you receive is elaborate and detailed. If you are living/visiting the Columbus area. Give Mitch a call and book an appointment for an appraisal on your fine jewelry. I also found out he does high end watches as well! Make sure to bring your boxes and papers. For all my watch enthusiasts out there. Thank you again Mitch!

I paid Mitch to appraise some jewelry I inherited for my insurance. I had my appointment and paid him on August 23rd. He said he needed a few days to look into some details of one of the pieces, but he would send me the information soon. When I had not heard from him three weeks later, I called and left a message. I visited on 05/27 and one month later today the day, my issue was finally resolved. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze (If you can get someone to pick up your call), as with me, you should expect a call back as this is a "1" Man operation from the look of things. I had 3 pieces (Diamond?Gold rings) that I needed to get an approximate value on.
