I visited on 05/27 and one month later today the day, my issue was finally resolved. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze (If you can get someone to pick up your call), as with me, you should expect a call back as this is a "1" Man operation from the look of things. I had 3 pieces (Diamond?Gold rings) that I needed to get an approximate value on. I had a great experience working with Mitch! He was able to squeeze my appointment in the day I called to schedule it and he showed me several features of my diamond under a microscope that I never would have known about.

Mitch, I hope I spell his name correctly, is very knowledgeable about jewelry stones. He helped me identify bunch of various stones which I accumulated over decades from different resources under magnifier and microscope. He can specially identified freshwater pearls, treated pearl, amazonite, jadeite, diamond, sapphire, lead glass filled Ruby, natural turquoise and treated turquoise.
