we picked this company after seeing so many good reviews online and hearing positive feedback from people around us. at first, we planned to just get the basic air duct cleaning deal from a coupon. jerry came out to do the job, and he really knows his stuff. he explained everything step by step and was very honest about what needed to be done. jerry did a careful inspection and showed us clear photos of the ducts, pointing out spots that needed more attention. he explained all the options and made helpful recommendations. th... read more
The team was very professional and arrived right on time. I had tried to clean my air ducts and dryer vent on my own, but it didn't go as planned and I was worried about safety issues. Charles came out and did a thorough cleaning of the air ducts and dryer vent, and now everything is working smoothly again. I’m really pleased with how clean the vents are and how much better my dryer works. Great service overall!
Different phone number and person on the phone for each interaction. TERRIBLE experience with contracted technician. There is no physical business at the address listed on the website. I don't think I even ever spoke with someone who knew I called a Wiggins Family company. The technician lied to my face, there is NO accountability or transparency from any company. Photos are from AFTER the technician completed a "deep clean." He didn't clean after himself and the house was filthier than when he left.
The team did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent. Wayne was very friendly and knew a lot about air duct cleaning, taking the time to answer all our questions. Being on the top floor of a condo was no issue since they had the right equipment and ladders to reach everything. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and they arrived right on time. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning services!
this was our first time using wiggins family air duct cleaners to clean the air ducts and vents in our home, and we were very happy with the service. charles and his team arrived on time, acted professionally, and explained the process clearly. they did a great job making sure all our ducts and vents were thoroughly cleaned. we will definitely call them again when we need our ducts cleaned in little elm and highly recommend their air duct cleaning services.
