Jerry was professional, on time, and did a great job with the air duct cleaning service. He explained each step before starting, was very thorough with the ductwork details, and worked efficiently the whole time. He answered all of my questions in simple terms and was polite and patient throughout the visit. He also found my dryer vent, showed me where it was, and explained how it connects to the vent system, which was very helpful.
