I am really pleased with the air duct cleaning service. Pedro did an excellent job clearing out all the dust and debris from our vents, especially after all the remodeling we’ve been doing in our old house. I was surprised at how much buildup there was inside the air ducts. Since the cleaning, the air feels fresher and I haven’t had any issues with a dry throat in the mornings. I also enjoy the light scent of tea tree oil that’s left throughout the house. Highly recommend this service to anyone in Little Elm!

The team was very professional and arrived right on time. I had tried to clean my air ducts and dryer vent on my own, but it didn't go as planned and I was worried about safety issues. Charles came out and did a thorough cleaning of the air ducts and dryer vent, and now everything is working smoothly again. I’m really pleased with how clean the vents are and how much better my dryer works. Great service overall!
Different phone number and person on the phone for each interaction. TERRIBLE experience with contracted technician. There is no physical business at the address listed on the website. I don't think I even ever spoke with someone who knew I called a Wiggins Family company. The technician lied to my face, there is NO accountability or transparency from any company. Photos are from AFTER the technician completed a "deep clean." He didn't clean after himself and the house was filthier than when he left.
The team did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent. Wayne was very friendly and knew a lot about air duct cleaning, taking the time to answer all our questions. Being on the top floor of a condo was no issue since they had the right equipment and ladders to reach everything. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and they arrived right on time. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning services!
