Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my husband and Dr.Chungs office wanted to collect co-pay before my husband even showed up for his appointment. As I explained to the receptionist we do not feel comfortable giving our credit card information over the phone. Her response with attitude was that “This information was already explained to your husband.” I asked if that could be paid at the time of service because I understand co-pays need to be collected before you see a provider.
