I saw her one time when I took my prescription and low and behold they could not read it. Had to drive back and the receptionist with an unforgettable attitude persistent that it wasn't their fault. I waited 15mins so they could rerite the orders . Receptionist was extremely rude!
I've been seeing Dr. Chung since I was a kid and have followed her from several different clinics. She's very nice, makes it easy to understand my charts and images, and doesn't unnecessarily dilate my eyes. She even asks about my family at every visit. She's a wonderful doctor and I'll stick with her until she retires.
I took my daughter to see Dr. Chung. She noticed a very concerning issue in her right orbital and referred us to an ophthalmologist. We had it investigated. We are very grateful Dr. Chung- thank you.
