I read other reviews and still opted to give it a go rather than braving the DMV. I am SO glad I did! I had the best experience with Lisa. I went to this location in regards to My Fstop and I paid $50 for the service' Toni told me it would take 3-5 days for processing, it's been 2 weeks since Ive paid, they have no answer for me!! I went to check in person Toni told me that the state rejected it, however I called Penndot they have no record of receiving any documents from Wiggins. I recently bought a vehicle in Delaware and the dealership used Wiggins in Kennett Square to process the registration. Wiggins mailed the license plate through USPS in a manila envelope and it showed up bent in half. It was also one of the old style plates, not the new ones. I ended up spending an hour last night with a beanbag and a mallet bending it back into shape and it still doesn't sit flat.
