Definitely 5 stars and above!! Toni and Ashley at the Kennett office were delightful, kind, and efficient in helping this septuagenarian accomplish everything we needed to do to "gift" an old car to a family member. From start to finish, the process was seamless. They were both helpful , quick and so pleasant ......they put a smile on my face and I left with a treat from their candy bowl! This place is the best. They are friendly and really helpful. Even when busy, they take good care of you.
I waited 6 months for my title which my finance told me the Kennett office had probably lost?, I have had very helpful people and then very rude... not quite sure how a business can operate like that. The really annoying thing is they charge 3% for a debit card transaction which is actually illegal! They cannot charge for debit card transactions. I don't want anyone else to get charged for debit card transactions going forward, not fair or right. I would use again but would like to see more consistency in customer service. T... read more
