I recently bought a vehicle in Delaware and the dealership used Wiggins in Kennett Square to process the registration. Wiggins mailed the license plate through USPS in a manila envelope and it showed up bent in half. It was also one of the old style plates, not the new ones. I ended up spending an hour last night with a beanbag and a mallet bending it back into shape and it still doesn't sit flat.
Very rude people there. They wanted me to illegally take my vehicle there with ni tag so thay could look at the vin. highly recommend going someplace else don't waste your time.
Not sure about the other reviewers, I always go to the kennett office and they are very quick, knowledgeable and friendly ;) I did have to take a tracing, had to use aluminum foil, great trick.
Very poor experience, no one seems to know what they're doing and they initial person who answered the phone was extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. Avoid using Wiggins at all costs.
