Staff was nice, good service, they knew their stuff. Make sure to bring cash because they add a surcharge for credit or debit but that’s pretty standard for auto tag places.
I’ve been coming here for many years. I know the teller here very well. I needed a tag and was told by her that I had to come back with either the vehicle or an imprint of the VIN #. Two days later I called in bc it was impossible to get an imprint of the VIN bc of the location in the windshield and the VIN on the door is a sticker. Driving the car there was not an option bc it didn’t have a tag on it. Sandy Cox was very rude and spoke down to me. This place is great. Very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous staff. There’s a bench to sit on if you need it. Plenty of parking too. No nonsense establishment gets your transactions done with a smile. Highly recommended. And open on Saturday!
Toni helped me get my 2 year registration and new liscence plate today. She was amazing, so quick and kind! Everyone when I came a few weeks ago inquiring about these services was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of what steps to take to get my car transferred from DE to PA!
