Mostly average rental management. Nothing out of the ordinary. Raises rent based on military housing rates and rent became too high based on the units needing upgrades. Old countertops and shag carpet, old metal blinds, lighting and sink/bathroom faucets. Vinyl flooring in bathrooms. 😕
