Doesn’t work most of the time. Extremely unreliable. I have spent many hours on the phone with them. Total waste of money and time. Customer service acted like I was an idiot for asking questions when I was trying to understand the system. Absolutely terrible.
Expect zero support and condescending customer service. I have Never been more disappointed with money and time spent.
I have used the Winegard 360+ for about 1 year. I paired it with the osprey Cat12 router. The system works perfectly and we have driven 5000+ miles over 2 months in the fifth wheel with no issues at all. We use ATT as our provider and have not had problems with service in remote locations. We added starlink on the rig as well. We now have very good conectivity for both 12 Volt (osprey) and 120 V AC with starlink. We’ve had Wifiranger on our boat for a few months now. What a waste of money. Constant drop out of internet on both the WiFi ad WAN and cellular SIM. My wife’s iPhone gets better reception than the Wifiranger Denali roof top unit with it’s supposed better antennae and rf amplifiers. As for getting any support from Wifiranger, forget it. They are totally unresponsive. We’ve purchased Starlink and will just write off Wifiranger as a bad decision and relegate it to the trash heap.
