First of all they were late arriving.They also charged me a different price than the one on the phone(said $35 for one room + traffic spots,but was charged $50). The carpet looked clean when they got through but once it dried which took a whole day,& not 2-3 hrs like they said, it looked as if it hadnt been touched. So in all i'm out of $50,and still have to pay someone else to have it cleaned.Wife was very upset especially when the stain didnt come out which they tried to clean.I should get refunded,or get my car seats clea... read more
