I had a great experience renting through this company. The owner now Morgan Wiesner, does a great job at checking in with her tenants and making sure everything is going good. When I needed maintenance they were able to provide me with care within 2-3 business days. I was highly satisfied with the apartment, I rented through this company. What they stated in the renters details before I saw the place was 100% reflective of what I got!
Hard place to find at first, i wish the little map for the complexes were more understandable or the numbers on the buildings were noticeable. The owner is a great person, understanding and willing as long as you keep him posted. The housing manager is just as great, she's on top of things and quick to help.
The place is nice. And somewhat cheap even though he just raise the rent $20. However this landlord will enter your apartment without permission at anytime he wants to even if you request them to give you a notice before entering your apartment they will blatantly ignore your request. Also don’t waste your time calling the office because they never answer and also they never call you back when you leave a voicemail that goes for general information you may have or maintenance requests.
