Bought good chain from the company for years. Then received a bad batch of 14kt gold filled rope that would break just putting it on a customer. The company would not take it back to replace or refund. However, I did return it so that they could see the problem and at least make sure did not happen again. I also stopped buying from the company. But, like I said for years it had been very good product.
