Called in for a 2024 GMC Canyon I purchased there. The auto lost volume control for all systems. This service dept wanted me to bring in and run a diagnostic for 1-2 days. Requiring a rental car. All for computer that lost volume control. Looked up on AI and found simple computer reset that fixed the problem. Completely over the top wanting you to bring in car. I would never use or trust this service department.
I want to thank Ariel for always making my service a quick and easy process. Always quickly responses to my emails and calls. She explains everything that they do and anything needed. I will continue to do business with Weisner for my service needs.
Best service department around. I’ve been a customer since July 2018 and I have NEVER had an issue! Brittany has been my service rep the whole time and she is beyond amazing! She communicates open and honestly, she works harder than anyone else, and she makes sure the work is done to her liking… as if your vehicle were her own. There really is no other choice for me when it comes to vehicle service. Thank you, Brittany & Wiesner GMC Service for always going above and beyond.
Had my car down in service and wasn’t happy with my old car but then Brandin walked down to the service waiting area and he seemed super nice and told me he could help me get into something newer and keep my payment the same and he did JUST THAT. He got me so much money for my trade in and then got me a super good deal on a used car…. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him if you are unhappy with your current car and want a nice used or new car!!! (ASK FOR BRANDIN PEART)
Brittany is awesome,great communication and tried everything to make sure my repair was covered by warranty, would definitely come back!
