Best service department around. I’ve been a customer since July 2018 and I have NEVER had an issue! Brittany has been my service rep the whole time and she is beyond amazing! She communicates open and honestly, she works harder than anyone else, and she makes sure the work is done to her liking… as if your vehicle were her own. There really is no other choice for me when it comes to vehicle service. Thank you, Brittany & Wiesner GMC Service for always going above and beyond.
Had my car down in service and wasn’t happy with my old car but then Brandin walked down to the service waiting area and he seemed super nice and told me he could help me get into something newer and keep my payment the same and he did JUST THAT. He got me so much money for my trade in and then got me a super good deal on a used car…. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him if you are unhappy with your current car and want a nice used or new car!!! Brittany is awesome,great communication and tried everything to make sure my repair was covered by warranty, would definitely come back!
These people are the worst I have ever dealt with. From sales to service it has been a complete disappointment. Buying from these people and the tactics they used during Covid were completely unethical but the service is even worse. You would think when you purchase 100k vehicle from these people that they would want to take care of their customers and it’s the complete opposite.
