**WARNING** Do not trust this place for repairs. They overcharge you, and then don't do the work properly or half$$. Also, the new assist manager, Robert, is a liar and condescending when handling concerns. They will tell you to schedule an appointment, but then when you come in for your appointment there is a 2 hour wait because the whole world has cars in front of you. That's a load of BS!!! Brittany is very rude when come to service .Me and my wife was at cashier getting key for our new Buick we bought from them car only has 1400 miles the girl said don't know when part will come in and for us get with Brittany about how contact us when part arrives but we looked up and she running out door to leave I know she heard the cashier tells us get with her about our problems because place not that big .I am a retired veteran and so is my wife and we are very disappointed on how they do service I ran motor pool for yea... read more
Brand new vehicle 2 months old, less than 1500 miles on the vehicle when my check engine light came on. Called the service department and got Brittany, who was rude and had a nasty tone right off the jump. I'm a customer, calling with a problem last time I checked the job of customer service is to alleviate my problem or make me feel better about it. These guys did a great job and really worked with me through some issues that weren't easy to diagnose. I had a very opposite experience from another dealership across town where I purchased the truck from. Weisner went above and beyond with some small details and they earned my business for the future. I'll buy my next truck from them 100%.
