Zero starts. I lived here for 4 years with no issues and the prop mgr changed and harassed us for months, caused awful emotional distress, refused to take responsibility for fixing things and called them complaints, told other tenants she would do whatever it takes to get us out after we pay rent on time, are quiet, cause no problems, and are good neighbors.
