Our technician, Devon, was knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough and was able to explain the work he completed. Devon gave insight and information on our future furnace visits.
I’m very happy with installation of our new water heater. It was fast and he did a great job explaining everything afterwards. 10/10!
I had an emergency furnace install about a week ago, and then had some weird smells. I called Wiersgalla again to have it checked out. They sent John, and he checked everything. He reassured me that everything was installed well and that it was likely because of the “new furnace smells”. I would definitely have John come back again if I need work done again.
I had a new furnace and thermostat put in by Kevn K, and John, through Wiersgalle Co., HVAC, & Plumbing, yesterday. The guys did a great job, and explained things in a way I could understand. I highly recommend these guys!
