Purchased brand new cart that broke down a week later. Cart has been in the shop for a month to fix one part. Cannot reach anyone and get no response to emails. No way to contact via phone and no courtesy call to give us a status. Terrible experience thus far! Apparently relocating means customers are not important.
We dropped our cart off here in July, only to have it returned 3 MONTHS LATER STILL BROKEN!! They then left our cart out so long that our batteries appear to have went bad. We got our cart back after three months, can drive it about five minutes before it dies. This place is a complete joke! They insisted our batteries were still GOOD, but doesn’t appear to be the case. and now they are moving, so don’t take it to their new location either! Completely unprofessional!! it was a terrible experience all around.
