It would have been nice to have been told my insurance was not accepted after I made the appointment and uploaded my insurance cards, and you all confirmed my appointment, just to arrive, take my son back to tell me you don't work with my insurance.

Fantastic dental experience! Honestly, I think this was the best medical experience I’ve ever had. I had lots of questions and they were happy to answer them for me. Amanda and Dr. Dimeir are the best. My teeth feel so squeaky clean!

Use specific language to confirm they are IN NETWORK with your ins provider. I chose Dr Wier III specifically because he was listed in network with my mom’s insurance plan. When calling for her appointment, I gave them the insurance name and was told without hesitation, they “accept” it. During my Mom’s appointment, they told us he was not in network, but had been when under a private practice. I had a positive experience with the staff during my visit—they were all very kind, and the cleaning itself was thorough and well done. However, the overall atmosphere gave the impression that the office may be managed by an outside organization, and it seemed like the team is doing their best under increasingly limited resources.
