Great, Friendly service and good food as always.
We hadn't been to Wienerschnitzel in years, so we decided to stop in tonight. We pulled up and saw a massive drive-thru line, but figured we'd give it a shot anyway. The food was what you'd expect from Wienerschnitzel, but that wasn't what stood out. What impressed me was the three women working there. They were absolutely crushing it. Leilani was so polite and had great customer service. Unfortunately AI was the speaker for the drive through and I was worried about a cross contamination of peanut butter with two shakes I ordered. However when I pulled up to the window Leilani assured me she over heard the request and the time order and she put in extra cleaning precautions for our shakes. Appreciate her and love the food of course. Thanks again!
I’m honestly shocked at how careless this place is. I ordered two chili cheese All‑American beef dogs, and what did they hand me? Plain beef dogs loaded with relish, mustard, ketchup, and onions — nothing even close to what I paid for. I tried calling to get it corrected, but the phone goes straight to voicemail… and of course the voicemail is full. It’s unbelievable that a business can operate with customer service this bad. When you can’t get your order right and you can’t be reached to fix it, that’s a real problem.
Came in with my boyfriend for a late night bite. The girl at the counter was very friendly and the place was clean. Enjoyed our choice of a BBQ hot dog, chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries and topped it off with a Reeses shake. Will be coming back.
