Ordered a dipped cone and it was so messy! Very sloppy dripping chocolate all over no napkins were offered! Had to request napkins 3 times, I almost requested redo seeing no way to eat it without ruining my outfit, she must have seen it in my eyes that's when she finally offered me a cup then finally the much needed napkins. Really unprofessional and not a great experience. Won't be back.
ordered the big foot loaded fries online and they gave me regular chili cheese fries with none of the the extras i paid extra for and it cost $5 more. this is one of the main reasons i stop eating fast food
