I'm know Valentines Day is very hectic for a florists and I placed my order the day before. I didn't think my wife would receive her flowers before her shift ended at 4.30 but luckily they arrived at 4.29 just in time. So I am not upset about that given the short notice. What I am upset about is the false advertising. I even paid extra for the "Deluxe" size. The picture shows a much fuller bouquet of flowers vs what my wife received. I'm not sure what happened. This flower shop is amazing! They did a wonderful job for Our Aunt’s funeral spray. We will definitely be using them again!
