I was turned away with my elderly parents after I never cancelled either appointments I had made for my parents- they called the house phone to confirm appointment and allowed someone with dementia to cancel- do you know how hard it is to get a 90 year old with Alzheimer’s who can barely walk in and out of the house & car 3 times for an appointment that was never technically cancelled for him? They wouldn’t even fit him in for 5 mins... read more
