I have known Gary a long time, but they always take good care of me. My Toro time cutter really takes care of my yard. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for lawn care needs.
Came in a couple weeks ago to get a replacement wheel and tire for my cub cadet. Apparently, they cannot or will not work or sell me anything for a cub cadet proceeded to tell me that they sent all their tires down to tire in vulcanizing in East Peoria if I wanted to leave it with them to get fixed. virtually useless. All they had to do is say hey we don’t sell parts for your mow but have you tried tractor supply company or runnings in town or other local shops. You know good customer service called being human. I'm a fool and ruined my weed Wacker stright off. Took my botched job in and they took care of it with speed. Great guys, and very knowledgeable. I will be back.
