I was pretty unimpressed with Russ. I was looking for an agent to sell my house, and when he estimated a listing price, he gave an insultingly low figure. I felt he was way off base, and I gladly used a different agent. With that other agent, the final SELLING price of the house was 5% higher than Russ's suggested LIST price.
