Bought my pellet stove from them back in 2016 and had them install it. Here we are 2026 and it’s still being used every winter. I have them service it each year. Really nice folks that care about their customers even after the sale.
Called to order a part from them, which they stated they had and gave me a price over the phone. Once I got there, they brought out the wrong part. Then proceeded to argue with me about what I asked for on the phone. Basically called me a liar. Then brought out what I needed and said it was 10x more. Never apologized for the confusion, just seemed very defensive about making a mistake. Made zero attempt to make it right. Just said, do you want it or not and walked away.
