0 stars... the imperial Lane apartments are infested with ants and bugs. Very dirty and smelly...it smells like cigarettes and grease all day long. The manager is too old to care for the properties any longer. Cops are called for the neighbors almost every weekend. Do not recommend!
Lived at Windsor Heights for a year, I loved my one-bedroom apartment. The whole apartment community was very quiet despite the number of apartment buildings in the community. The workers are always cutting grass, clearing snow, etc. Parking was always plentiful. If I didn't move back to where I came from, I would have lived here for many years.
Wiechmann enterprises has the most unprofessional/rude staff at the Green Bay location. Buildings are never taken care of, they are always dirty inside & out. Would not recommend.
