Leaving my review like this for now. Gave 5 stars earlier,but texted penny about loose handle bars on $31,000 used trike and that did'nt feel safe riding it back to dealership to get fixed. No call back about a pickup. Maybe i'll change it if gets fixed!! So a day later someone calls me and now gotta wait another day after that, to have it picked up and fixed Grrrrrrr.Not Happy!
This place was Just trying to force stupid warrantee and freedom packs on people who don't want them don't wast time getting ripped off go to clinton harley davidson or rockfall harley for all your service and bike purches this place was a rip off constantly trying to sell u what u didnt ask for on a new bike. And then saying I was disrespecting them for saying what I wanted to buy not what thay wanted me to buy extra lol if I could give negative stars I would
Called 150 miles out for an oil change , was told "no problem bring her in". Service done swiftly, correct and im back on my coast to coast trip in no time at all. Now let me just add that the wonderful ladies that run the service department are top notch, they gave the kind of customer service you used to get at every harley dealership and which seems to be lacking from so many these days. A huge thank you, two thumbs up, 5 stars. I highly recommend
