New name same employees. High pressure sales tactics used to try and persuade you to purchase the bike they have and not get you what you want. Both times I stopped in they pushed to buy something that day, once they realized I wasn't going to be pressured into purchasing something I didn't want, i was dismissed. Don't go by the website, bikes are left on there for weeks after they've been sold. Only positive is the pricing is much more competitive then it was under the McGrath name.

I purchased a 2004 ultra classic with 48k miles. Bought the freedom package that would cover the maintenance. The manager told me that I could get maintenance done at any harley dealer as I was moving to MO. I double checked and told the. I would need it covered out of state because I was moving. I brought my bike to outlaw in MO. They said maintenance was not covered. So I called Towers and they agreed maintenance was not covered. $2k+ gone just like that! I purchased a part over the phone and called back the very next day to return it—before I ever received or even saw the item. Instead of simply processing the refund, I was told I would have to come into the store because they needed to “verify” me.
