Usually always get great service, but this time fell short. Went in for a simple oil change, left with a bill for over $400. The oil change was $300, and asked about a loose left slip on, needed a new clamp, easy, $9.99, said sure. Then found out it was an hours labor charge as well. I have always supported dealership, bought all new cycles from them, (5) but now, time to figure something out. Used to be a clamp or something would just be done, or maybe fractional install cost, but a full hour?
Told tim I was comparing bikes he did a great job identifying thw perfect bike. Although I was comparing bikes he did not hesitate to identify what i would be interested in. The manager ( i forgot his name ) greeted me gave me a good offer and was not pushy. My bike selection is leaning more towards Harley davidson due to the staff.
First time here swung in to grab a shirt since I was in the area, only person who greeted me upon walking in was a guy on the sales floor, but every other staff member in that place really didn’t seem to give a shit even after asking for help looking for some items. Am I glad I got a shirt from another dealership to track my travel! Will I go back for any other reason, absolutely not !
Tony aka catfish was a great sales rep. Answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Parts, service and finance departments were also really good and helpful.
