I've been a tenant with Wiebe Properties for 7 years, and I just moved into my second Wiebe-owned building last month. Management has always been friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. This landlord takes very good care of their tenants. I have also witnessed very positive interactions with tradesmen that work on their properties. Rent is expensive these days and their spaces are not bottom dollar. But you will be hard pressed to find better value and respect from your rent dollars. Please keep up the good work Wiebe👍🏼
Best rental experience I have ever had, highly recommend.
Amazing place to live and Central Park offers more than a person would ever need, pizza, treats, Dr, Dentist and fantastic Sushi.. and short walk to grocery store. Jessica and Lisa who manage the buildings here are very responsive and handle any issue quickly. Don’t hesitate rent with Wiebe Properties!!!!
The experience was absolutely not good. Wanted to move from 1 month.
