I am a new tenant to Wiebe Properties as I recently moved in. The whole process from the application right through to the actual move has been amazing, and very smooth. Lisa Fraser, the manger here has made this possible, truly an amazing manger, always available for any questions or concerns. My apartment is everything and more than I expected, lots of storage, natural light very comfortable, I’m very happy to be here!
I'm very happy to call Central Park my home . Everything is in walking distance . The hub is now up and running and always plenty of things for me to keep busy with . Coffee with the ladies and let's not forget game day are some of the things I enjoy . You should see the gym here at Central Park. It's definitely a must see . The Wiebe's have definitely have done a remarkable job . 🫶
Have lived in 2 separate Wiebe properties. Both fantastic. Lisa is the best and always make sure things are taken care of in a timely manner
We lived in Avinlea Court for two years and Lisa Fraser and Tamara were fantastic managers and always responsive to our questions/issues. Avinlea has the quirks and perks of an older building and the residents have been there for a long time so it has more of a community connection than some of the new builds. So, we often would end up chatting with Avinlea residents outside, in the foyer and in the laundry room. I would recommend this place to families, singles, couples, no matter the age or need.
I have used Wiebe Properties meeting rooms at The Hub, which is a newly constructed multi-use building. I host my business's onboarding and group session classes there. It is a spectacular meeting space, and the staff/concierge is amazing and professional. Nothing compares in Abbotsford. We are so impressed. Thank You, Remple Disposal Ltd. / Colleen Currie
