The experience was absolutely not good. Wanted to move from 1 month.
The welcome and timely helpful information and responses to our questions as we moved into Mayfair Village East, were terrific! Our building is clean and well managed and full of friendly neighbors. Wiebe Properties deserves high praise for such an excellent contribution to living space in our community. Many thanks!
My husband rented from this company at another property and now we have a great experience at our current property as well! The public spaces are SO clean, the parking is secure and all communication for maintenance requests or rental questions has been promptly addressed. Our current manager Leslie had even gone above and beyond for us a couple times to make our move-in easy. Would rent from Wiebe again!
We lived at Central Park Village for five years. It was a delight. Everything was so accessible, be it groceries or day care and our property manager Ms. Lisa Fraser was super caring. The patio at our side of units is a dream for many. Will miss staying there.

I'm now experiencing firsthand why their rating is so high. Manager Lisa and the maintenance team are incredibly responsive, and the amenities are well-maintained for residents. I highly recommend them!
