I am a 65-year-old man and had multiple doctors in the past, I very much wish I had Dr. Widrow throughout that time. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and logical when determining needed and unnecessary tests and treatments. Him and his staff are both very professional and friendly with patients.
Love Dr. Widrow and the office staff. I don't like the answering system as it takes 2 minutes to listen to all the ins/outs days closed, lunch times, don't leave multiple message etc. before you can even get to what number to pick.. I just want the number to get the receptionist. Worth the wait though.
Dr.Widrow is an excellent physician He is kind, considerate and a consummate professional.He is a fine diagnostician. The office staff are terrific.
I just moved to Olympia and was in need to find a new doctor. I read some very nice reviews and called. First off, the gal on the phone couldn't tell me if they were taking new patients, then needed to know my insurance and "someone" would call back. That was like 3 days ago - doesn't give someone a warm fuzzy feeling about the office. Very disappointed in the customer service. Just wondering - is this how they treat everyone? Well, no worries.
