I've only ever dealt with Hank so far but he's incredibly genuine, extremely knowledgeable, and entirely trustworthy. This is one of the few places I can drop my bike off and be completely at ease. I have to drive an hour to get out to Widowmaker, but I'll choose them over every shop I've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and go here.
