I've been banking here for the past 5yrs now and just love the friendly staff that works here
Very friendly, quick, and efficient. I don’t know the name of the person that helped me inside, but thank you to them and Carly from the drive thru. She was very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait til my next visit!
App will not conncect with my financial institution so I have to go to the branch to make payment. Impossible to fix anything over the phone. Waiting days for customer service to call back. Charging fees for late payment when the payments are documented as being made on time. This bank is HORRIBLE. I WILL NOT be a customer very long. Erie Federal Credit Union is a much better option with better customer service and a WAY more efficient app.
Absolutely horrible place... 715 credit score and they give every which reason to deny you. They won't work with you when your up and they won't help you when your down. Stay away from this place
Never picks up the phone!! I spent a whole hour calling to them and couldn't even reach them out!! New app is such a mess, so frustrating.
