I don’t recommend these apartments at all for numerous reasons. There’s mold in our bathroom that’s been there since we’ve moved in and every time we email the office they don’t ever respond and the only time they have was to tell us to spray it with bleach. A friend of mine also lived here and had mold in her apartment as well. Our dishwasher leaks all over our floor and we can’t get in contact with the office about that either or about the drain in the bathtub that doesn’t work.

These apartments suck The office here is horrible. So rude. They have no respect for the individual.
First of all, ceiling and walls are paper thin. You can hear every single move your neighbors make. Everyday noise is okay kinda because you get normalized to it. However, it is incredibley disrracting and annoying when people are playing music or running and jumping around. Called management multiple times to no accord. It is disappointing to read this review especially when this resident has been here for 3yrs with no complaint. This resident has brought to our attention 2 issues: noise and a dirty laundry room once. Based on the complaints we received, the appropriate steps were taken to manage the issue. It is unfortunate that these steps were not enough. It is normal to hear neighbors walking upstairs; we were not advised of music noise levels. Those are handled in a different way. I been here for 3yrs and it has the nicest management ever don't want to live no where else. Great place for kids to grow up.
Fantastic service. Friendly. On top of maintenance issues. Grounds very well kept.
Best place I've lived and they keep it crime free...
