This is my second Wide Span shed and I will never purchase from them again. Our roller door arrived damaged. Despite conflicting instructions from Wide Span and Centurion Doors (the roller door supplier) we were told it would not be replaced as we had not opened the packaging of the roller door within 24 hours of delivery to inspect for damage (something Centurion said not to do until ready for installation). As someone that works in the building industry with over 30 years experience I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your shed in my opinion, My $25,000 shed has barge flashings that don’t even meet the end of the sheet, extremely poor quality & substandard screws to current industry code , I have spent months in phone calls & endless emails only to be abused by senior management ( The phone call was recorded) & lied to about rectifying my problem, Today was the final days of my shed, build only to discover a crucial... read more
