Mark and the boys installed metal slat panels around our deck last week which the owner of our house decided on, and as the renters not owners I was so impressed with how helpful and caring Mark and the boys were considering we weren't the ones paying him. He was very lovely and respectful and did an awesome job and even took the extra time to explain and show us how the panels were installed and removed incase we ever needed to do it, even though it was an incredidble hot and humid day. After paying a deposit of over $5000.00, we requested to reduce the size of the shed (to a standard 3 bay) due to changing circumstances and cost of living pressures. However, we were informed that we could not transfer our initial deposit and that it was non-refundable. So now we have paid $5K for shed plans that we do intend to build. Very disappointed with the lack of understanding and service provided by Wide Span Sheds.

The Caloundra Widespan retail outlet that I used was unprofessional and the sales rep lied about ordering the specs we required for the skillion design carport that we wanted for an existing cement slab. Once they recieved our money which was just under $7000 they sent us our carport kit which was not to the design specs that we agreed to purchase from the Caloundra sales rep.
