Eben answered the phone while he was on the job(I heard his chainsaw idling in the background before he shut it down). I called 3 other businesses for the same work. No one else answered their phones, nor did they call back, ever. Eben - patient, communicates, detailed, fair & upfront. Could’ve sold me more service in order to charge more $s, but instead offered a fair & sensible approach to to vegetation management for our land annually or as needed. From our first phone call to the completion of our project, Eben and his team exceeded all of our expectations. Our project consisted of large tree falls, stump removals, grading and chipping. Every aspect was done with precision and care. Throughout the week of their work, Eben would check in with us to make sure we were happy with the results and if anything additional was needed. We would definitely work with this company in the future and we highly recommend.
