Wics has terrible staff they instigate my daughter call her names and constantly change the rules to keep revenue. I have found that staff cover each other when they are in the wrong and their director covers and enables staff to get away with false reports of my daughter. Overnights were to start last November and at the last minutes rules were changed to prevent my daughter from having them. The directo... read more
It is amazing what WICS can achieve with our young ladies of our future. Yes it can be difficult for our children not to be home, but if we as a community and Society cannot support WICS for what they do....... Then it makes it difficult for our young ladies to see the possibilities of a positive transition. I support WICS because I also work with youth and I have seen first hand what can be achieved. Family involvement is important regarding all of these steps to give to our children a more optimistic future.
It's a joke moving our daughter to a different place and they what to drag their feet giving her stuff to her, my wife has been waiting for over an hour terrible staff even called our child a dumb ass clown, but they won't admit to that. Stay away from their!!!!!!!!!!!'m
Alot of the staff is on personal phones while working or out on the porch smoking. They do not respect the HIPPA LAW They don't try getting children back home to families They discourage church. The staff needs to be educated with how to handle mental illnesses The staff needs to know they are employed to work not eat & the girls should not be expected to provide the staff with food from their own money This place might be of help to some but some changes in education, staffing & management might be in order.
