Well I cant say anything positive about this dealership and the staff that run the facility. I brought my Jeep in for a simple detail, tire change, alignment, and wheel balance. On the first trip to the dealership they messed up my alignment and my steering wheel was off center, the other thing they messed up was they mis weighted my rims so driving over 70 MPH would cause my jeep to shake violently. I purchased a used 2019 Navigator from Wickstrom Lincoln, in Barrington, IL, as an out-of-state buyer. Unfortunately, I've had a terrible experience with the sales manager, an overall lack of professionalism from him, and a lack of engagement from any member of senior leadership, even upon my requests to speak with someone else. I was there on October 3rd for an oil change and brake job. the technician who drove my vehicle through the wash and back to the front was not wearing a mask despite covid. I left messages for someone and sent emails but had no one return a call or message. I filled out the satisfaction survey and had someone call back but I was at work. returned his call within 15 minutes, left a message asking for a call back and nothing. I will not be returning to this dealership

The entire staff is very easy and upbeat to work with from sales to service, from communications to outcomes. I am very glad to have such a responsive team with me and to have bought my car from Wickstrom.
I never worry about the service I get at Wickstrom. They check everything and give me the results. My contact guy, Chauncey Reddy, always gives me the best care and takes care of any problems or concerns that I may have.

The entire experience we had at Wickstrom was very pleasant. The salesman Robinson Logue was very friendly and accommodating, without being pushy. He listened to what our needs were and I left with a wonderful Jeep that I’m very happy with! The entire staff there was friendly and the building was very clean. My name is Katie. I have to say some good positive things about wickstrom Ford in Barrington. So I got in a car accident a few weeks ago my back end of my car that I had of a 2015 Ford Explorer sport.
