A team of really great doctors and available on evenings and weekends. it’s been over 10 years since I’ve seen a doctor consistently who takes care and precision with their consults and treatments. Very happy and will not go anywhere else.
Doctors are amazing and really do everything they can to help, but when you deal with the reception staff you are just a number they are very mechanically efficient with customer service or bed manner almost gone from what was a very friendly family practice, especially with their office manager lurching over their shoulders interrupting conversations or just giving you the evil eye (like I’m an inconvenience because I have questions) because they have done what she wanted them to do immediately because they were with a payi... read more
I have just gotten off the phone to a reception lady who works here and I am disgusted in how rude she was to me. And this isn't the first time I have found reception to be rude and blunt over the phone. I was trying to book in with my childhood family doctor for an important consult and I was met with a rude lady who made me feel stupid for even wanting to book in with him as it had been a "while" since id seen him.
