Wickliffe Flower Shop is a wonderful place to buy flowers. Their arrangements are beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Their arrangements prices are just right! They have been helpful above and beyond.
I ordered flowers online and they were delivered the roses were old and not fresh whatsoever. If you zoom in on roses you can see. This photo was taken the day they were delivered.
What we ordered vs what we got was a joke. Nowhere to contact them via email and I'm not interested in calling. Definitely don't go here. This beautiful bouquet includes red alstroemeria, light yellow carnations, pink stock, hot pink matsumoto asters, large lavender monte cassino asters, yellow button spray chrysanthemums, bupleurum, huckleberry, and parvifolia eucalyptus. Delivered in a clear cylinder vase.
I’d give a negative number if I can Flowers came knocked over with bent flowers, some Where dead. No plant food with them. One bouquet had no water. Received an email saying they were delivered 2 hours prior to delivery. I ordered one small and one large they came the same size and same vase. Poor poor I would be embarrassed. I recently purchased a "specific" floral arrangement from Edward's Flowers in Youngstown,Ohio.The actual delivery was to be in Cleveland,Ohio.They in turn, contacted the Wickliffe Flower Shop in Wickliffe,Ohio to handle the delivery. I was very "specific" on the "type" of flowers desired (pink Calla Lilies, lavender roses,vertical arrangement).Needless to say, what was sent was a far cry from anything remotely resembling the original order!!!
