Been here for years. Loved the location and the people renting slips. But they decided to add $10 parking per day. Not even in our contract. They just randomly said one day okay now we are charging for parking. I’ve been here on the 4th of July and the lot isn’t even half full. It’s already the most expensive Marina this is just GREEDY!! This affects everyone in the marina. Now we have to stress about our guests and travel plans. RecommendedAmazing to cool inside your car on a saturday and enjoy the view, Sunset is the best part. Friendly atmosphere and perfect for cookouts or gathering. Home of The Egrets and Herons but they tend to get scared easily
RecommendedSmall, quiet, really nice marina. The people are friendly and the owners are also very nice. It’s also very protected, allows liveaboards over the winter, and is pretty close to the ocean. I was there for 1 winter and 1 summer and would go back.

If you’re not a wealthy boat owner with a large boat you seldom use be prepared to be treated with mild distain.
RecommendedVery well run friendly staff and clean. I’m having a lot of fun at the marina and the new bar restaurant that just opened and hope to have many more good times.

Loved pier 121 until accused of doing things that are untrue. Just a huge lol
RecommendedNice group o f boaters. Nice area for individual or group gatherings. Grill, hot tub, umbrellas on the tables. Also has screened in gazebo area. Proximity to town is great.
