American Home Shield assigned Wicker Plumbing when our water heater failed. Wicker never came out to take a look. They asked for a photo, diagnosed the problem from it, and sent the diagnosis to AHS. The diagnosis was wrong, and AHS denied our claim because of it. Our own plumber came out in person and fixed the problem. A water heater should be inspected in person before a diagnosis decides whether a claim is covered. We would not use Wicker again.
Great service. Great price. Will always recommend. Thank you to everyone that was involved in the project.
Troy and Ty came out to replace two (2) thermostatic mixers for my shower, and I threw them a curve ball. I asked them to repair a small leak in an attic pipe and Ty handled it like a champ! He glued the pipe up in no time, and didn't even charge me for it - he just asked for an honest Google review in exchange. What a great deal! Troy and Ty did a great job on the shower and handled the job in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely have them out again!
We had an outdoor facet leak that Wicker Plumbing fixed. Scheduling was fast and easy. Ernest, who did the repair, was kind, timely, and very knowledgeable. They will be my go to for all plumbing services moving forward.
Troy Andy was great! They had my garbage disposal running in no time!
