Applied online when they said apts were available. The $50.00 app fee jumps to $54.00 as soon as you type in your information. Then after receiving my info they tell me MAYBE there are apts available and i have to pay a HOLDING FEE of $200. At this point i wasn't getting answers while dealing with 3 different people. They wouldn't tell me if my holding fee was refundable claiming that information was on the web site. I applied online and paid the $50 + 3.95 processing fee. Peyton Kapp called to let me know my application was not processed and I would be getting a refund. That was a month ago and I still have not received a refund. All my emails and calls have gone unanswered. I will continue to call and email until I get my refund. I don’t recommend anyone to apply or live in this building when management is so poor.
