I'm in the process of getting a series of crown's and fillings. The visits so far have been virtually painless and super informative. Between the assistants, Dorian at the front desk (who also helps out in the back when needed because of her clinical experience) and Dr. Leslie, the whole team is unreasonably nice and really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Horrible experience unfortunately. Poor (or no) bedside manner. Became frustrated at me when I was clearly in pain. Left the office with scabs on my lips from the lack of care which took weeks to heal. The crown I got here has failed only 1 year later. She also told me I didn't need some work and that the last dentist was just trying to upcharge me. But then she forgot she said that and told me I did indeed, need the work.
