Landlords are very responsive and ethical. Promised to upgrade bathrooms and building access after I signed a lease and they followed through. Surpassed my expectations
Great Experience with a Responsive Landlord I rented from Wicker Park Apartments for three years and was incredibly grateful to have stability in Chicago’s unpredictable rental market. The landlord and maintenance team were always very responsive, courteous, and quick to address any issues. Their professionalism made living here a smooth experience. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I appreciate the management's commitment to maintaining the property and addressing concerns promptly!!
Mice infestation and laundry outages that took weeks and months of maintenance requests for them to solve, if at all. Well-meaning people I’m sure but you can expect to fall through the cracks of their support. Unless you’re paying top dollar for the higher end of their properties, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
Great landlord. I lived happily and peacefully at one of their properties on Haddon Ave for about 2 and a half years (moved out when I moved in with my spouse and bought a place). Despite being a company I found that I was always able to get in touch with someone, usually the same person, whenever I needed help with anything which made it feel like I was dealing with a private landlord. Jerry and the team at Wicker Park Apartments have been great to work with. They made it easy for me to move in early, were super responsive anytime I needed help over the past year, and the apartment was exactly as advertised — plus, the neighbors were great. Highly recommend both the team and 1020 N Campbell Ave!
