I've lived under WPA roofs for about 4 years now and I really can't find any pain points.. Jerry has been nothing but kind and understanding whenever there were any situations. Pest problem? BEWARE OF RENTING HERE! recently toured and was told we were the first people to see the apartment so of course we applied ! after discussion, we were accepted but the landlord wanted us to pay around 6,000 right when the lease was signed. Which usually you pay when the move in date is(that would’ve been a month away). He sent the lease in the afternoon of my birthday, since I was busy I wanted to look it over and clarify the following day.
