I lived in a Wicker Park apartment for about two years and had a great experience. The landlord was very responsible and always quick to respond. The location was excellent, and everything was well-maintained. I highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I have been residents in one of their apartments for the past two years and have nothing but good things to say. The apartment is well-maintained, the rent is very fair for the neighborhood, and the landlord has been excellent. Big thanks to Jerry and the maintenance crew for always being quick, reliable, friendly and super professional.
Landlords are very responsive and ethical. Promised to upgrade bathrooms and building access after I signed a lease and they followed through. Surpassed my expectations
