I walked past this shop on my way to another furniture shop and it caught my eye, high quality patio stuff. CR plastics makes thick, durable, weather proof furniture. Good choices here given all the rain, rust and algae Victoria patio furniture is subject to. Expensive pieces though, I don't know if cheaper on mainland or other shops, or how the Costco Adirondack chairs compare for comfort and price. Fun colours though, staff was attentive and friendly.
The customer service here is a 10/10 . Been in retail for 40 years. The staff are great to work with and Dan goes out of his way to make sure all his guests are extremely happy. Wont buy anywhere else. Tell them Pogi Steve referred you . You will not be disappointed. Plus . SHOP local . Cheers
Really good service from the 2 young women working at the time. Friendly, helpful, even allowed me to bring my dog inside, as it was way too hot to leave him in the vehicle. They had the parts I required for my big Green Egg, which is the BEST actual BBQ I've ever used. Things are a bit pricey here, but it is premium quality products they sell.
Dan has been extremely accommodating getting us the furniture we wanted ordered. Communication is very prompt and helpful.
Very good selection of rubs and smoker pellets. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. This is the #1 spot in Victoria for your smoker needs.
