All of this is surrounded by tropical blooms, lush foliage, vine covered arbors, swaying palm trees, a private gazebo, heated swimming pool, and designated charcoal grilling area.

BUGS!! The no-seeums and mosquitos were so bad that it ruined the trip. Don’t visit in July. You won’t be able to sit outside, around the pool or on the patio unless you got lucky and scored the only screened porch suite. Bug spray won’t stop the bugs from eating your face off. We couldn’t even grill out because the bugs were in our eyeballs! It looked like we had the measles. Stayed here twice over the past 6 years during the month of July. Same experience both times. Quaint cottages on the gulf side. No direct beach view, but the grounds are private and relaxing, great landscaping, beach is just a minute walk infront of the pool and cottages. Nice location across from Harry’s, you can easily grab foods or wine just walking across the street. It was very quiet each time we have been there despite all the cottages having guests. Great relaxing environment. They could use some updated beach chairs, but that’s a minor issue. Would recommend.
Best vacation location to enjoy.
We just returned from a wonderful vacation with family and we loved our stay at Wicker Inn. The Morning Glory Room was fully stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was so convenient to just be able to walk out to a beach with all of the amenities you need - body boards, floaties, umbrellas, chairs - right there for you on the short walk out to a stunning beach that was never too crowded.
