As a new patient they messed up my meds by giving me one month of my medication but saying it was a 3 month supply. I have now been without my meds for over a week. I guess meds aren't that important. Why waste your time going to the doctor????????
Completely disrespectful. We’re told “ they suggest we go outside if we’re not going to be seen.” We are in the waiting room making sure we don’t need to be seen..... tells us that his case isn’t important to them if he isn’t going to sign in. Then calls security on us because she felt dumb making a rude statement. Nice job Wickenburg this place is terrible every time

I have found the staff and volunteers kind and helpful.
Its been just over a year since I broke my arm, but I must share what an incredible experience I had in spite of a very painful and challenging situation. The ER Department was superb. They had me 'under' in no time at all (thank goodness!!!) and set my arm for the next surgery. The scheduling department was efficient, making sure I had an appointment the very next day with a wonderful surgeon. Rude service! Not friendly or helpful!
As a patient of the Boyd Infusion Center, I'd like to see more about this. Nancy is amazing and treats her patients with such care. Even when you go in there not feeling well, like I have so many times, she takes such good care of you. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and the Infusion Center. It has truly been a life saver for me.
5 star Granted we’ve not even been in Wickenburg for a year yet but they’ve been great. With all my medical needs Jena Savage has done what she can and referred my to who I need to see for my other medical needs. Dr Wagner is treating multiple issues I have with the care I expect from a doctor. The pharmacy department takes the time to find out your issue and try their best to help.
